What exactly do I receive?

A ZIP file with editable documents (RTF) and spreadsheets (CSV). The full list for each kit is on its page.

Do I need special software?

No. Any word processor or spreadsheet app opens the files, including free ones such as Google Docs, Google Sheets and LibreOffice.

Can I use the templates for my clients?

Yes. You can use and adapt them for your own business and your own clients for as long as you like. Reselling the templates themselves is not allowed.

Are the agreements legal advice?

No. They are practical starting points written for UK businesses. For high-value or unusual work, have a solicitor review your final version.

What if I lose my download link?

Contact us with the email you paid with and we will send it again.

Can I get a refund?
