Terms of Service
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms apply to every purchase from hamzahubltd.com (the "Site"). Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by HAMZA HUB LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 20 Sandwick Close, London, NW7 2AX, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
You can contact us by email at support@hamzahubltd.com, by phone on +44 7882 792666, or through our contact form.
2. What we sell
We sell digital template kits ("Products"): editable document files (RTF) and spreadsheet files (CSV) delivered as a ZIP download. Nothing physical is shipped. The contents of each Product are listed on its page. Screenshots and images on the Site are illustrative.
The templates are general business tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and using them does not create a solicitor-client or adviser relationship. You are responsible for checking that your final documents suit your circumstances.
3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so. Some rights in these terms apply only to consumers (individuals buying outside their trade or profession), and we say so where that is the case.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are the total you pay. We do not add delivery charges.
- Payment is taken by card on a secure checkout powered by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your bank statement will show HAMZA HUB LTD. If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already paid.
- If we listed a Product at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. How the contract is formed
When you submit your order and complete payment, you make an offer to buy. The contract between you and us is formed when your payment is confirmed and your download link is made available. We will email a confirmation with your order number to the address you gave us.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally and immediately after payment is confirmed, through a private download page and by email. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.
7. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. For digital content, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allow that right to end once the download begins, if you have given your express consent and acknowledged this. At checkout you are asked to do both. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when you can still get your money back, including for faulty files.
8. Licence to use the Products
Products are licensed, not sold. When you pay, you receive the licence described in our Licence Agreement. In short: you may use and edit the templates for your own business and your own clients, but you may not resell, share or publish the templates themselves.
9. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights that digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. If a Product is faulty, we will repair or replace it, and if we cannot do so in a reasonable time, we will refund you.
10. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable.
If you buy as a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
If defective digital content we supply damages a device or other digital content belonging to you, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation, unless the damage was caused by your failure to follow our instructions or to install free security updates.
11. Use of the Site
You must not misuse the Site, attempt to access it without authorisation, introduce malware or use automated tools to copy its content. We may suspend access to the Site for maintenance or security reasons. We try to keep the Site available but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted.
12. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text and the Products are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by the Licence Agreement, you may not reproduce them.
13. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy, please contact us first at support@hamzahubltd.com. We aim to respond within one working day and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
16. Other important terms
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
- If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest stays in force.
- If we delay enforcing these terms, we can still enforce them later.
- Nobody other than you and us has rights under this contract.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation. Business customers agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
