Privacy Policy

This policy explains how HAMZA HUB LTD collects and uses personal data when you visit hamzahubltd.com, buy from us or contact us. We are the controller of that data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What we collect

When you buy

• Your email address and, if you give it, your name.
• Order details: product, amount, currency, date, order number and payment status.
• Your IP address at checkout and the record that you gave consent to immediate delivery.
• How many times your download link has been used.

Card details are entered on a checkout operated by our payment processors and are never sent to or stored by us. We receive only the result of the payment and a transaction reference.

When you contact us

Your name, email address, the topic, any order number and the content of your message, plus your IP address.

When you browse

Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you reached the Site. Details are in our Cookie Policy. We do not use advertising trackers.

3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To take payment, deliver your Product and send your receipt: performance of a contract.
• To answer your messages and handle refunds or complaints: performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in supporting customers.
• To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure: our legitimate interests.
• To keep accounting and tax records: legal obligation.
• To measure how the Site is used (Google Analytics): your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings.

We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell or rent your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

• Payment processors: Stripe, Inc. and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd process your card payment as independent controllers, together with the payment orchestration service we use to route payments to our Stripe account. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
• Hosting and email providers: who store our website, database and emails on our behalf under contract.
• Google Ireland Limited: provides Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Professional advisers and authorities: such as our accountants, or HMRC and law enforcement where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers, including Stripe, may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum issued by the Information Commissioner.

6. How long we keep it

• Order and payment records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires.
• Contact form messages: 2 years from our last reply, unless they relate to an order.
• Server logs: up to 30 days.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email support@hamzahubltd.com. We will respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first, normally by checking that you can access the email address used for the order.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.

8. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS only. Download links contain a long random token, are limited in the number of uses, and order data is held on access-controlled servers.

9. Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
