Delivery Policy

All our Products are digital. Nothing is posted, so there are no shipping costs, customs charges or delivery restrictions by country.

1. When you receive it

Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds, you are taken to your private order page with a download button. We also email the same link to the address you entered at checkout.

2. What you receive

A single ZIP file containing the documents (RTF) and spreadsheets (CSV) listed on the Product page. RTF files open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Apple Pages and LibreOffice. CSV files open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice Calc.

3. Download limits

Each order link can be used up to 10 times. Please save the ZIP file somewhere safe. If you reach the limit or lose the link, contact us with your order number and we will help.

4. If your download does not arrive

• Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from us.
• If your order page says the payment is still being confirmed, wait one minute and refresh.
• If you still cannot download, email support@hamzahubltd.com or call +44 7882 792666. We will send the file directly.
