Licence Agreement
Last updated 4 November 2026
This agreement sets out how you may use the templates you buy from HAMZA HUB LTD. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. The licence
When your payment is confirmed, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates in the Product you bought.
2. What you may do
- Edit, adapt and rebrand the templates with your own name, logo and wording.
- Use them in your own business, as many times as you like, for any number of your own clients.
- Send completed documents (for example a filled-in proposal or invoice) to your clients.
- Share the templates with employees and contractors who work for your business, for that business only.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, give away or share the templates, edited or not, as templates.
- Publish them on a website, marketplace, file-sharing service or social network in a form others can download.
- Include them in a product, course or bundle that you sell or distribute.
- Claim that you created the original templates.
4. Ownership
We keep all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the original templates. The content you add to them is yours.
5. No professional advice
The templates are practical starting points. They are not a substitute for advice from a solicitor, accountant or other professional. You are responsible for reviewing your final documents and for how you use them.
6. Ending the licence
If you break this agreement in a serious way, the licence ends and you must stop using and delete the templates. If your order is refunded, the licence for that order also ends.
7. Questions
If you are not sure whether a use is allowed, email support@hamzahubltd.com before going ahead.
